published books to date
Hello people,
I have written four books. THREE BLACK SKIRTS and HANDBAGS:THE POWER OF THE PURSE (both can be found at www.workmanpublishing.com), The third THE YUMMY MUMMY MANIFESTO has its own website- www.yummymummymanifesto,com and the fourth (due for publication by Harper Collins, USA in May 2010)
is entitled SAVVY CHIC, THE ART OF MORE FOR LESS. See my next entry for a working cover.
Book publishing is a slow art. The books I have created and illustrated (with brilliant design from Maree Oaten and Emily Taff) have spanned a decade, because each takes at least two years and maybe a baby to produce. Yet each one takes me deeper into another branch of design (the new book features watercolour and loads of collage) and new readerships.
